Melvin Gevisser is the Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Gevisser is responsible for the financial affairs of the Company and its affiliates. From 1998 until 2004, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a subsidiary of a NASDAQ company that provided IT consulting services to the banking industry. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of companies that specialized in computer trade shows and conferences. Mr. Gevisser received his Bachelor of Commerce degree and Masters in Accounting from Natal University in South Africa.
